After purchasing our first home, my wife and I had a long list of projects that required the assistance of a contractor. After using one contractor with poor customer service and final prices that were higher than the initial estimate, we found K&G Home Improvement. We have since worked exclusively with Michael Geberth from K&G for all the needs at our house. K&G has completed a variety of projects in our house including: installation of crown molding and a new drywall ceiling with recessed lighting, painting multiple rooms in our house, installing tile backsplash in our kitchen, cleaning out and installing exterior rainwater drainage systems and installing bathroom ventilation and a solar powered attic fan. This letter is to provide recommendation for contactor, Mike Geberth, Owner of KG, who did two projects for me.

One was a complete gut renovation of my kitchen and breakfast area including new kitchen layout, moving plumbing around, new lighting, etc. The total project cost was approx. $38,000 including all new appliances, which alone cost us about $12-15K. Mike came highly recommended from our good friends and he truly lived his reputation. One thing I liked about him was he was very professional, courteous, and was patient with us. He did not nickel and dime us and worked with us till the end. In addition, some small things did not work properly, he promptly came and fixed it although it was a trivial matter and he could have solved the problem over the phone.

Based on this good experience I had him work on my rental property for complete new kitchen, and tow bathrooms.
