Flat Rate Services -
Ceiling Fan Replacement
K&G Home Improvement understands that customers want a set price
for services; and when it is possible we offer discounted prices.
To this end we offer a variety of flat rate services. These services
at a lower cost than the big box stores.
$120 Guaranteed
Flat rate services do not have any time restrictions same price
if it takes 1 hour or 10. This price also includes the destination
charges.
Ceiling Fan install -
- K&G will travel to your location.
- Lay down tarpsin area below fan for cleanliness; and to protect
the floor coverings.
- Disconnect and remove existing fixture.
- Install the new fixture provided by the customer.
- Clean area with broom and/or shop vacuum.
- Place all trash and old fixture where instructed by customer.
Restrictions:
- Pricing includes labor only any and all materials required to
install new fan are the customers responsibility.
- Wiring and box must be present and in good condition
- Ceiling Height must be less than 10' (request an estimate if
greater than 10')
- Floor surface below fan must be flat and clean of encumbrances
(request an estimate if this is not the case)
- Although we do offer services to install a ceiling fan
in a new location. This is not a flat fee product, please inquire
about an estimate.
- Pickup and delivery is available at additional cost.
